We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
- Research and prospect for new clients in the Nordics region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland)
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
- You have an excellent level of English and you are native in Danish / Finnish / Swedish / Norwegian
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
We are also interested in
- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups
- Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
