PORTER, the editorial voice of NET-A-PORTER, entertains and inspires women through daily content, and tells the stories of incredible women across the globe.Net-A-PORTER is part of LuxExperience, the leading digital, multi-brand luxury group. /ph3Studio Logistics Manager (Milan) /h3pLocation: Our Office in Milan /ppDepartment: Studio Production /ppWorking Model: On-site /ppContract Type: Permanent /ppWe are looking for a motivated Studio Logistics Manager to support our Studio team in Milan. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage the day-to-day logistics operations within our ecommerce studio. /liliCoordinate all pre-shoot logistics and brands communications. /liliManage, mentor, and develop the logistics team, ensuring high performance and efficient workflows. /liliImplement and continuously improve logistics processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while reducing errors. /liliCollaborate closely with production, styling, creative, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of shoots and timely delivery of assets. /liliCoordinate with external brand partners to ensure products are delivered, processed, and returned accurately and on time. /liliMonitor workflow priorities, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. /liliMaintain accurate records and reporting of inventory movements, production status, and logistics performance.
