We are seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager North Italy to lead sales growth and dealer network development across South Italy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Dealer and Network Development /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners across the region /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance network performance, standards, and customer experience /li liAssess network coverage and support partner onboarding, development,
or optimization /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing and after-sales teams to drive network growth /li /ul h3Sales Leadership /h3 ul liDrive delivery of retail and wholesale performance across motorcycles, accessories, and commercial programmes /li liPartner with dealers to execute high-quality sales plans (launches, campaigns, pipeline) /li liMonitor performance (KPIs, demand, stock) and proactively steer corrective actions /li liEnsure excellence in dealer readiness for product launches (training, POS, brand execution) /li liLead and develop Area Sales Managers to elevate regional performance /li /ul h3Key requirements /h3 ul liAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in the motorcycles industry is required /li liResponsibility across North Italy Region /li liFully Remote working conditions - the HQ is based in Rome /li liStrong knowledge of dealer network management and development /li liDriving licenses: A B /li liAgile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change /li liHigh level of independence and autonomy /li liTravel requirement: around 80% /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
