Experteer Overview

Engineering Tech Lead to guide the threat intelligence platform team. You will be a hands‑on leader, combining active technical contribution with people, delivery, and strategic direction. You’ll shape a small, growing team within a cross‑functional group of frontend, backend, full‑stack, and security engineers, focusing on AI‑native development to move fast and raise quality. You’ll drive outcomes that protect customers at scale and mentor engineers while advancing architectural choices and product delivery.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead, mentor, and grow the team from one senior engineer with regular 1:1s and clear development paths
- Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational reference for the team
- Drive technical and architectural decisions with product and security stakeholders
- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, prioritization, quality, deadlines, and risk management
- Stay hands‑on with AI‑assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship features




- Build software products that protect customers from attacks and fraud at scale

Responsabilità

- Fluency with modern AI development tools and agentic workflows
- Proven experience as a full‑stack engineer delivering complex products end-to-end
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers and a genuine interest in people growth
- Strong ownership of Agile ways of working and tooling (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Solid command of version control (git) and PR/git-flow practices
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
- Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries
