Responsabilità

- Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in developing and executing business plans
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English

- competitive base salary
- salary range 140.000 to 160.000
