Ramboll is seeking a payroll governance lead to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across Europe. You will interface with HR, Finance, ICT, vendors and senior leaders to manage service performance, governance and escalation paths.

You will drive payroll transformations, onboarding of new countries, integrations and automation while maintaining controls, audit readiness, disaster recovery and knowledge transfer across the function.
