ppWe are looking for a Client Success Specialist (12-month fixed-term contract) to join our team in Milan.
/ppIn this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, particularly in supporting digital solutions and related services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and driving client satisfaction.
You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving requests and supporting product adoption concerning digital solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions.

/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliPosition yourself as an expert in our digital products and services by continuously maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments and roadmaps, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients /liliDrive the adoption of digital products and services, e.g.
