Experteer Overview

In this role, you help build and execute M&A; transactions within J.P. Morgan's Italian IB team. You work alongside analysts and associates to support the full deal cycle, from pitches to execution and client communication. You’ll contribute to a growing cross-regional vertical, collaborating with multiple product groups and cross-functional teams. Your impact comes from rigorous financial analysis, clear presentation materials, and active participation in deal planning and due diligence. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape high‑profile transactions in a global firm with a broad IB footprint.

Responsabilità

- Prior investment banking experience
- Strong academic background from a top‑tier institution
- Outstanding financial modelling skills
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and its steps
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
- Interest in M&A; structuring and deal execution
- Self‑directed, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, able to work independently
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Solid understanding of broader IB products
- Experience dealing with clients and advisers
