Pirelli is seeking a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert to drive standardization and continuous improvement across plants. You will develop maintenance standards, train staff, and support site leaders to achieve cost savings, reliability, and uptime.

Responsibilities include implementing PME practices, leading audits, sharing best practices across factories, and building competence in the organization to sustain improvements. Travel to sites will be required.
