Experteer Overview

You will develop and execute Marketing & Communication initiatives for the Business Partners channel across Italy and parts of Europe, ensuring cohesive brand messaging. In this role, you’ll collaborate with partners to plan and implement campaigns, events, and media plans aligned with Bulgari’s standards. You’ll support budgets, post‑event analyses, and reporting to HQ, driving effective visibility and performance. This position offers a dynamic, cross‑functional environment where your initiative and organization will help scale partner‑driven marketing. You’ll contribute to maintaining brand consistency while delivering measurable results for a luxury brand.

and execute events and marketing activities with Partners in line with corporate strategy and quality standards
- Define and manage media plans (traditional, digital, social, out‑of‑home) with Partners
- Support Visual Merchandising activities for Business Partners
- Assist in managing marketing and communication budgets in compliance with contracts
- Conduct post‑event analyses to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly HQ reports and internal meeting materials and presentations

Responsabilità

- 5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
