You are likely a fit if you have

- Practical experience with Kinaxis Maestro projects
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning processes
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Kinaxis configuration, authoring, or data integration activities
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

What you'll do

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain Planning processes
- Support Kinaxis Maestro implementation and configuration activities
- Work on planning models, authoring, and data integration processes
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Capacity Planning scenarios
- Improve planning workflows and process efficiency




- Support testing, UAT, and post go‑live activities
- Prepare functional documentation and client presentations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams throughout project delivery

Kinaxis expertise

Experience in several of the following areas is expected:

- Authoring
- Data integration and data mapping
- Import/export processes
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Capacity Planning
- Supply Chain orchestration
- Scenario analysis and planning simulations

Nice to have

- Experience across multiple Kinaxis modules
- Experience in consulting companies or system integrators
- Ability to contribute to solution or architecture discussions
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP or SAP APO

Expected salary range: € 30,000 - € 55,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
