About The Role
We’re looking for a

Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E;)

to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects across LATAM, the Caribbean, and EMEA.

This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution,



including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee FF&E; production and conduct quality control at factory level

Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking

Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)

Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning

Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes

Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness

Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E;

Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects

Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics

Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes

Ability xlwpduy to manage complex or remote project environments

Fluent English

Nice to have

Experience in LATAM (Brazil is a strong plus)

Experience with remote or resort locations (islands, beaches, etc.)
