ppWe are looking for a bFinancial Performance Controlling Lead /b to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making. /ppThe role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. /ph3What We're Looking For: /h3ulliMinimum b5 years of experience /b /liliExperience within structured international organizations. /liliStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. /liliProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels. /liliAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications: /h3ulliDegree in bEconomics /b, Finance or bManagement Engineering /b. /lilibAdvanced English /b for reporting, presentations and business discussions. /liliStrong knowledge of bSAP /b and/or bAS400 /b. /liliAdvanced proficiency in bMicrosoft Excel /b. /li /ulh3Nice to Have: /h3ulliExperience within the bAutomotive industry /b. /liliExposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments. /liliExperience driving cost optimization,
