We're hiring enthusiastic Italian speakers for a remote customer service role based in Lisbon, Portugal. If youre dreaming of beaches, culture, and a vibrant city life while growing your international experience this ones for you.
What Youll Get
- 1,024/month base salary
- Up to 225/month performance premio
- ️7.63/day meal allowance
- 1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in 4 instalments before July ends)️
- Relocation Bonus Up to 400 flight reimbursement after 6 months
Relocation Package (for those coming from abroad)
- Shared apartment for up to 12 months
- All bills included only 280/month, directly from your paycheck
Your Role (Short-Term Contract 6 Months)
- Help customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide info, solve problems, and make their day
- Work with an international team from your Lisbon home base
- Learn new tools and develop your skills in a global brand environment
Youre Perfect If You...
- Speak Italian fluently (C2)
- Communicate well in English (B2+)
- Love helping people & solving problems
