In this position, you will be a key player in providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking clients. Your excellent communication skills will help build strong relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction among our clients as you address their concerns and inquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Documenting all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable effective follow-up.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Staying informed about our products and services to provide clients with the best possible assistance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A positive and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service.
