- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure an excellent service experience.

- Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to identify and implement service improvements.
- Participate in training and development sessions to keep skills sharp and up-to-date.
- Share insights and suggestions for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in Slovenian,
both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
