Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients in the Portuguese-speaking market through various digital channels, focusing on building strong B2B relationships.
- Evaluate client needs and deliver customized digital sales presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our digital solutions.
- Oversee the complete sales journey from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at each stage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute effective strategies for attracting and converting leads.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Collect and relay client feedback to the product team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital sales or a similar role is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is advantageous.
