About the Role
Are you tech-savvy and love solving problems? Join a global tech brand in Greece as a Technical Support Specialist.
Youll help Italian customers fix software or device issues, walking them through solutions step-by-step no coding required, just logic and patience .
️ Your Daily Tasks
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve simple tech issues (passwords, connectivity, app errors, etc.).
- Escalate complex cases to senior tech teams.
- Keep accurate logs and follow up on cases.
