Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant with fully paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and seeking to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
- Manage the car rental process including vehicle pick-up, returns, and addressing any customer concerns.
- Perform vehicle inspections and communicate rental terms clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimal fleet availability and service quality.
- Stay informed about fleet updates, promotions,



and company policies to assist customers accurately.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and rental management software preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
