Your Role
As an Italian Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries related to parcel delivery and logistics. Utilizing your fluency in Italian, you will communicate effectively with customers through various channels, ensuring that their experiences with our services are seamless and positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Italian via phone, chat, and email regarding parcel services.
- Provide accurate information about shipping options, tracking, and delivery times.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about operational updates and service changes to relay accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in logistics or parcel services, is desired.
