Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.




- Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
- Provide insights and feedback to develop customer service practices further.

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Friendly, proactive, and adaptable with great interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
