Key Responsibilities

- Manage inquiries from Italian-speaking customers across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services while assisting customers with their queries and concerns.
- Resolve issues effectively and promptly, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and support.




- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
