Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about services, plans, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist customers with account management, bill inquiries, and service changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for monitoring and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company updates to provide relevant assistance.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desired.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary, and to relocate to Greece.
