This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and transportation, and who enjoy providing top-notch customer service. In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries and logistics needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, schedules, and reservations via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with booking processes, changes to reservations, and cancellation policies.
- Provide accurate information about routes, pricing, and service options.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Document all customer interactions effectively in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery.




- Stay updated on transportation regulations and company policies to provide accurate assistance.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
