Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to imaging technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or Greek is advantageous.
