Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients within the financial sector through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in addressing queries related to financial products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Understand and navigate financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and provide effective support.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial services products and industry changes.
- Provide feedback on service processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
