- Collaborate with your team to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of customer issues.





- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools relevant to remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
