Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, orders, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work flexible hours and adapt to shift patterns,



including weekends if required.

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation package provided.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are beneficial.
