Context We're looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision?making at scale. Key Responsibilities * Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths) * Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials) * Design and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations * Develop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision?making * Standardise processes, templates, and tools across regions * Ensure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth * Support PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines * Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity Key skills and requirements * 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations * Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments * Strong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design,
