Role Overview

Critical Investigator in Global MSAT for a 15‑month temporary position ending 31 December 2027. This role may be based in Kvistgård (Denmark) or Munich (Germany) and reports to the Head of Department.

Responsibilities

- Lead investigations with significant risk to product quality, regulatory compliance, business continuity, or market supply.
- Co‑ordinate investigations of Deviations, OOS, OOT, and OOE issues.
- Facilitate systematic root‑cause analysis with subject‑matter experts.
- Communicate investigation status and findings to key stakeholders and upper management.
- Support CAPA development, recommendations, scientific rationales, and investigation memos.
- Provide scientific advice to associated departments and coordinate with external research labs and testing sites.

Qualifications

- PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Cell Culture, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with independent analytical thinking and root‑cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and complex engineering processes.




- Ability to work with statistical studies and data analysis in collaboration with data support teams.
- Fluency in communicating complex scientific topics clearly to different stakeholders.
- Structured, analytical, and confident in leading resolution of complex issues.
