Experteer Overview

As a CRM Specialist in our Digital Business Team, you will manage loyalty programs across brands and drive CRM activities to boost customer retention. You will develop multi-channel communications in collaboration with marketing and monitor loyalty KPIs to safeguard data quality. You will partner with store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions and train store teams on CRM projects. This role supports Stefanel and other OVS Group brands, offering a hands‑on opportunity to shape omnichannel customer experiences within a sustainable, results‑driven culture.

- Operate loyalty programs for multiple brands

Responsabilità

- University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
- At least 3 years of CRM experience
- Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong analytical mindset
- Solid project management skills
- Digital and innovation-oriented mindset
- Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluency in English
