As Senior Planning Engineer, you’ll own integrated project schedules from baseline to completion within our Growth Business Unit.You’ll align planning with milestones, identify risks, and forecast delays to steer decision‑making.You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure realistic plans and drive continuous improvement in planning methods.This is a mission‑driven role in a renewable energy context with a global reach and a focus on delivering value to communities.

- Develop and manage integrated project schedules from Level 1 to Level 5
- Set and monitor schedule baselines, aligning plans with progress and milestones
- Perform critical path analysis, identify delays and risks, forecast milestones
- Monitor planning performance using schedule KPIs, S-curves and earned value analysis
- Prepare recovery schedules and time impact analyses for delays or changesCoordinate planning inputs across departments
- Review contractors’ planning deliverables for logic,
realism and contractual compliance
- Lead planning review meetings and ensure follow‑up actions
- Produce planning reports with progress, risks, and forecasts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning methodologies, tools and standards
Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 8-10 years of professional experience in project planning and scheduling
- Solid experience in EPC, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects; renewable energy experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of CPM, progress measurement and schedule performance analysis
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project; Planisware a plus
