Syngenta AG in Atessa, Italy is seeking a C&B; and HR Operations Specialist to support compensation cycles, performance management, and data analytics within a global biologics business.

You will participate in the LEM project, harmonize processes across multiregional entities, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design scalable, compliant solutions in SuccessFactors and related platforms. Fluency in Italian and English is required; fixed-term 15 months with extension is possible.
