Manager / Team Leader In this role you will ensure the company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and regulatory approvals. You will work to verify compliance with certification requirements, manage external audits, and oversee qualification processes for personnel and suppliers. You'll coordinate with Certification Bodies and clients while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. This role fits into the Quality Management effort to sustain competitive, compliant operations and on-site certification activities. * Identify and propose QMS certifications, qualifications and organization approvals to obtain or maintain * Manage and monitor QMS certifications,



qualifications and approvals * Coordinate external audits and implement related corrective actions * Maintain relations with Qualification and Certification authorities and with clients * Oversee Personnel Qualification/Certification process and monitor the Register of Qualified/Certify Personnel * Provide periodic reporting on external audits and follow up on actions * Support on-site certification activities and audits at other company sites * University degree or professional training in Aviation or related field * Knowledge of EASA regulatory framework for operations and maintenance * Knowledge of Quality Management System principles * Proficient in English (spoken and written) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Good communication and listening skills * Willingness to travel for audits and on-site certification activities In this role you will ensure the company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and regulatory approvals.
