Il candidato fornirà supporto tecnico, operativo e amministrativo nelle attività di formazione e simulazione.
Il contratto è permanente con RAL tra €****** e €****** , lavoro on-site con possibilità di viaggi.

Within the Electronic Business area, we are looking for a Simulation Systems Operator for our Campi Bisenzio office.
The person will be included in the Field Services U.O. of the Customer Support providing operational support in mission planning, in updating and extending the functionalities of the simulation platforms; providing administrative support and assistance for the management and planning of the simulator.
Specifically, the Simulation Systems Operator acts according to the Client's operational instructions to predominantly guarantee operational support to training missions, providing:



technical and operational support to instructor personnel; specialist support for the evolution of the simulation system; configuration and management of the simulation platform according to the training requests expressed by the Client; preliminary analysis of technical problems for subsequent reporting to the technical personnel responsible for the maintenance of the simulation platform.
Educational qualification: High School diploma (or equivalent education), preferably obtained from an Aeronautical Technical Institute; Required experience level: any experience gained in the aeronautical field and/or in the simulation field is welcome, but not binding.
Technical skills and knowledge: basic aeronautical culture; basic computer skills; Represent a plus: basic theoretical knowledge of avionic systems/equipment; basic knowledge of aircraft and flight principles; basic knowledge of flight safety; knowledge of basic aeronautical phraseology; air navigation and reading of air navigation charts; holding an aeronautical pilot's license; skills and experience in the simulation field; knowledge of GIS systems and 3D modeling.
Behavioral skills: strong collaboration and teamwork skills; relational skills towards external parties and towards the relevant company functions; ability to understand the context and interlocutors and to adopt an appropriate approach to it; organizational skills, autonomy and initiative; organizational awareness; ability to operate under high stress conditions with very tight response times.
Language skills: English language (B2).
Computer skills: competence in the use of operating systems and basic knowledge of Office Automation packages (Word, Excel, etc.) for document drafting is required; knowledge of 3D modeling and knowledge of GIS systems are positive evaluation elements.

the activity is carried out at the client's operational sites, therefore availability for medium/long-term, even continuous, travel is required.

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
