Adventure Travel Specialist - Remote We're looking for a Adventure Travel Specialist to join our team and help people turn their adventure travel dreams into reality.
What You'll Do Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone—transforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Resolve issues quickly , turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
Optimize response funnels , minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
Nurture post-booking relationships , ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile.
Nice to Have Travel industry savvy (preferred,
