For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Verona a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Engineer.
Main Tasks Manage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support.
Prepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements.
Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests.
Coordinate internally (R or alternatively, an extensive experience in the railway sector in a similar role in a customer service environment.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or development.
Fluency in English and Italian, French and German are a plus.
Ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of offers independently.
Effective communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented mindset with balanced interpersonal skills.
Market-oriented thinking and solid IT skills.
Desirable: knowledge or interest in cybersecurity.
