Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer Reggio Emilia, ***** Italy Job Description Position summary We're looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in Reggio Emilia .
This role involves managing customer complaints,
delivering product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Organization will be part of your daily tasks to ensure tailored, fact-based, and timely responses.
Main Responsibilities Manage customer quality complaints end-to-end, from receipt to closure.
Analyze customer non-conformities and coordinate resolution using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
Colaborate to ensure production continuity by minimizing the impact of quality issues on volumes and deliveries.
Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality topics, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
