This belief is the foundation of Benetton Open , our Internship Program dedicated to university students, graduating students and recent graduates who want to challenge themselves, learn quickly and make an impact.

If you are in your final year of university studies or have just graduated , this is the perfect opportunity!

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for curious, proactive people who are eager to challenge themselves. People who want to learn, contribute and grow together with us.

We welcome university students, graduating students and recent graduates from a variety of academic backgrounds who are interested in opportunities across the main departments and functions of the Group.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with teams on real projects, bringing your perspective and putting your skills to the test.
Support your team by contributing to daily activities.
Take part in meetings and moments of exchange, sharing ideas and proposals.





What you need
Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong sense of initiative.
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
International or extracurricular experiences are a plus.

What we offer
A 6‑month internship with on‑the‑job training and dedicated learning sessions.
An international environment where you can experiment, grow and propose new solutions.
Monthly expense reimbursement.
Locations: Castrette (TV) and Milan.
