Experteer Overview

In this role you support Technical Due Diligence for real estate projects in Milan, focusing on MEP systems. You’ll review existing properties, assess costs and regulatory compliance, and contribute to feasibility and quality control. You work with an interdisciplinary team to shape reports and recommendations for clients. The opportunity centers on delivering accurate cost assessments and condition evaluations to enable smarter investment decisions.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Participate in purchase and sale reviews of properties and developments as part of Technical Due Diligence, including document review and reporting
- Perform condition assessments of MEP trades (HVAC, electrical, BMS/BAS, lifts, fire protection)
- Support internal QC and project monitoring for new and existing buildings in the MEP sub-area
- Contribute to feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team




- Prepare technical assessments and cost estimates aligned with building regulations and requirements

Responsabilità

- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification; several years’ professional experience in technical property management
- 2–3 years in project management or planning in the MEP field, technical assessment, or asset management
- Ability to assess construction and refurbishment costs and conduct condition assessments
- Strong knowledge of MEP trades and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and new developments in the MEP field
- Flexibility in thinking, independent action, good appearance and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Sweden
- Fluent Swedish and good English skills (written and spoken) or vice versa
