Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead delivery and operations for a major global Food & Beverage account within LePub, guiding PMO, resource planning, and governance across markets. You’ll partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time, on-budget campaigns while driving efficiency and growth. You’ll shape delivery frameworks that balance innovation with profitability and coach high-performing teams. The opportunity centers on leading complex global programs, expanding client work, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll be at the heart of transforming how we deliver world‑class brand campaigns for a multinational audience.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead delivery and operational management of a major global Food & Beverage client account with focus on execution excellence, client satisfaction, and growth
- Collaborate with client leadership, market leads, finance, and operations to drive planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and efficiency
- Develop resource forecasts, oversee PMO, governance, and delivery best practices across multiple markets
- Monitor performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Support contract management, supplier governance, and collaboration with legal and finance
- Build trusted senior client relationships as a strategic delivery advisor
- Lead complex initiatives and guide PMO/resourcing teams




- Contribute to growing the account and ensuring profitable delivery
- Drive KPI reporting and insights to inform decision-making and performance
- Manage forecasting, revenue planning, commercial discussions, and profitability targets
- Promote best-practice project management frameworks and governance standards
- Support risk mitigation and commercial decisions across project lifecycles
- Provide leadership for vision, culture, and talent development in PMO/operations
- Act as escalation point for delivery, operations, and resource issues
- Recruit and develop high-performing teams
- Align account strategy with long-term organizational planning

Responsabilità

- Extensive experience in project management, operations or delivery leadership
- Strong expertise in resource management, forecasting, financial planning and reporting
- Proven ability to manage global projects and senior stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with project and workflow management tools (Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce)
- Experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments
- Commercially focused with understanding of operational performance and profitability
