-- Your Responsibilities Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup
