About YouCurrently registered with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an EnrolledNurseExperience working in aged care and/or supporting residentsliving with dementiaAbility to work independently and professionallyStrong written and verbal communication skills and abilityto confidently use clinical information systemsWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinationsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or National PoliceClearance (or willingness to apply for one)The RoleCarrying out personal care plans in consultation with andunder the supervision of a Registered NurseConsulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on ashift basisAssisting in assessing residents and ensuring alldocumentation is up to date and in accordance with companyrequirementsContributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needsand wants of residentsCommunicating effectively with a variety of stakeholdersand contributing to teamwork within the workplaceParticipating in ongoing learning and development, bothindividually and as part of a larger teamWorking with BethanieMany of us work because we want to make a difference.
