Acting as the trusted advisor for customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and strategic vision to design and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency. /p pWe will serve as the bridge between Commercial, Digital Services, RD, and healthcare providers, ensuring that every solution is technically sound, commercially viable, clinically relevant, and ready for successful deployment. Your work will directly influence customer success, product evolution, and the future direction of connected healthcare. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liLead customer discovery and solution design activities, translating complex clinical and business needs into innovative digital healthcare solutions. /li liConduct technical assessments, architectural reviews, and due diligence to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. /li liPartner with Commercial teams during the pre-sales phase, providing expert guidance on technical feasibility, integrations, cybersecurity, and governance requirements. /li liDrive project governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the customer lifecycle,
ensuring successful delivery and exceptional customer experiences. /li liCollaborate closely with local Connectivity Specialists, Digital Services teams, and regional stakeholders to standardize best practices and enable operational scalability across markets. /li liIdentify risks, challenges, and opportunities early, creating repeatable and transferable processes that support sustainable growth. /li liAct as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights and evolving healthcare needs into product development discussions and influencing future roadmaps. /li liDesign and deliver training programs, mentoring colleagues and fostering knowledge sharing across the organization. /li liStay at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation, exploring emerging trends, digital ecosystems, interoperability, cybersecurity, and connected care advancements. /li /ul h3What Makes You Successful: /h3 pYou are a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare transformation and digital innovation. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €51,200 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
