In this role, you will lead private and public tender processes from participation through post‑award phases, coordinating across departments to ensure timely, compliant submissions. You will assess administrative, technical, and economic documentation and navigate regulatory requirements affecting tenders. You drive planning, documentation, and issue resolution to optimize tender outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Analyze and evaluate tender documentation (administrative, technical, economic) for public and private tenders and supplier portals
- Assess regulatory regulations affecting tender management
- Prepare documentation for tender participation in coordination with involved departments
- Manage final tender documents and resolve tender‑related issues
- Plan, manage and execute tenders in line with guidelines and processes




- Ensure tender targets (timing, quality, cost, performance) are met
- Monitor tender efficiency and update tender documentation in the database
- Coordinate all elements required to drive and complete the tender on time
- Plan and distribute communications in a timely and appropriate manner

Responsabilità

- Degree in legal or economic discipline
- Previous tender management experience
- Experience in management of supplier procurement portals
- Knowledge of public procurement Italian regulation
- Experience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for data analysis and presentation
- Fluent Italian mandatory, good level of English
