Social Media Operations Specialist (KOL Management) – Italy

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage KOLs and content creators in the Italian market, while building and continuously optimizing the influencer database.
- Develop and execute KOL collaboration plans aligned with brand and product marketing strategies, managing the entire collaboration process, including influencer selection, outreach, negotiations, contract execution, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Media, and agency partners to execute product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and industry trends to identify high-quality influencers and content opportunities that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Analyze and evaluate KOL campaign performance, including reach, engagement, content effectiveness, ROI, and other key metrics, and continuously optimize influencer marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, MCN agencies,
and industry partners to improve collaboration efficiency and maximize resource value.
- Assist in managing the social media marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media operations, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or a related field. Experience in consumer electronics, smartphone brands, or the technology industry is highly preferred.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian, with English as a working language.
- Strong understanding of the ecosystems of major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as influencer marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive successful execution.
- Strong analytical skills, high sensitivity to data, and a results-oriented mindset.
