In this role you will plan and drive banqueting events at the hotel, promoting the banqueting services to achieve F&B; revenue targets. You will manage leads from initial inquiry to event completion and coordinate closely with sales leadership to meet budgeted goals. You will gather event details, ensure client needs are met, and oversee operational aspects during events. This position emphasizes building long-term client relationships and smooth service delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsabilità

- 2 years of experience in the Sales department with demonstrated career progression
- Proven sales results and an established client database
- University degree
- Fluency in Italian (mother tongue) and English; another foreign language preferred
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet
- Opera knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
