Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to assess their needs and develop a clear understanding of their business goals.
- Create and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and deliver tangible results.
- Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in using our products to their fullest potential.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed advice.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new solutions and tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
