This role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in communication and enjoy engaging with clients. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch/Flemish-speaking market to identify and generate leads.
- Present our services effectively to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
- Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies and appointment-setting processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client appointments.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
