Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Document all customer interactions and feedback.

- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; English proficiency is also required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
